Get your favourite tee, lay it flat on the floor and measure it across the chest just under the arm and pick what size will fit best. 

Sizing - size up for an oversized fit
Size S - armpit to armpit = 46cm
Size M - armpit to armpit = 50cm
Size L - armpit to armpit = 54cm
Size XL - armpit to armpit = 58cm
