Harlos continues to pay it forward with our new “LOVE IT or RETURN IT” Policy - if you don’t love it you can send it back for an exchange, store credit or refund* on all full priced items.
*Returns will only be accepted if the items meet our returns guidelines as outlined in the Returns/Exchange section below.

AFTERPAY*
Afterpay offers 4 payments every 2 weeks.

Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created

Genoapay offers 10 payments over 10 weeks.

Delivery

HARLOS ships globally & aims to ship orders the same day. 

New Zealand: 
$9.00 flat rate shipping via courier (speedy next day delivery to most areas).
Rural delivery may take an additional 2-3 days.

Australia: 
$26 International tracked economy post.

International:
Please get in touch for shipping rates to your specific country. 

Please note orders shipped outside of NZ may incur customs duties, taxes, & other charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more information please contact your countries’ customs office before ordering.  

If you have not received your item within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us to track your item & follow up for you. 


Returns / Exchanges

HARLOS is committed to providing an amazing online experience & exceptional customer service. 

If you don’t love it you can send it back to us for an exchange, store credit voucher or refund* on any full priced items.

You must contact us immediately if you wish to send items back for a store credit voucher/refund.

PLEASE NOTE RETURNS TIME FRAMES & TERMS:
Returns for store credit/refund will only be accepted if the item is: returned in original packaging; all tags attached; & in ‘brand new’ condition. 

*Refunds: Refunds are only accepted on full priced items. Please note if you wish to receive a refund - you must contact us immediately to note this on your order & items must be returned STRICTLY WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving the items. Items received after this period will automatically be processed as store credit.

Items returned for refunds are subject to a transaction fee of 5% which covers the fees incurred with our payment gateway provider. This fee is for all orders/transactions including Afterpay, Laybuy & Genoapay orders.

Store Credit: Store credits are only accepted on full priced items. If you wish to return an item for store credit please contact us immediately as stated above. Please note returns for store credit must be received within 10 DAYS from the date of delivery to receive store credit. Items received after this time frame will not be accepted & will be returned to the customer.

SALE ITEMS / REDUCED PRICE ITEMS are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned for refund, store credit voucher or exchange.

SITEWIDE % OFF EVERYTHING SALE - Items can only be returned for exchange for another size or store credit voucher (excluding items already on sale). Items already on sale are final sale & cannot be returned.

BUT WE CAN HELP WITH FIT/SIZE QUESTIONS to assist you prior to placing your order.

Return/exchange shipping costs are at the customers expense. 

If you wish to return an item please contact us for instructions. 

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged due to incorrect sizing & handling, or shows signs of wear in any way. 

HARLOS makes every effort to check each item before sending & ensures all items are in perfect condition before they leave our warehouse. 


Pre-order items

For preorder items - if you order more items they will all be sent together when the preorder item arrives.

If you wish to receive items available now & preorder items when they arrive, please contact us to arrange payment for additional shipping costs.
