Afterpay offers 4 payments every 2 weeks.

Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created.

Delivery

HARLOS ships globally & aims to ship orders the same day. 

New Zealand: 
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $200.
$10.00 flat rate shipping via courier (speedy next day delivery to most areas).
Rural delivery may take an additional 2-3 days.

Australia: 
$30 International tracked economy post.

International:
Please get in touch for shipping rates to your specific country. 

Please note orders shipped outside of NZ may incur customs duties, taxes, & other charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more information please contact your countries’ customs office before ordering.  

If you have not received your item within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us to track your item & follow up for you. 


Returns / Exchanges

HARLOS is committed to providing an amazing online experience & exceptional customer service. If you don’t love it, we are more than happy to exchange for another size, store credit or refund on any full priced items.

If you wish to return an item for a Refund (full priced items only); Store Credit; or Exchange you must contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your parcel & have the item returned to us within 10 DAYS from the date your parcel was received. If you are looking to exchange a size, we are happy to hold a size for you whilst your item is being sent back to us.

Sale Items – Sorry no refunds on sale items – we can offer a change of size if available and/or store credit. Store credit on sale items is valid for 12 months.

Returns for store credit/refund will only be accepted if the item is: returned to us within 10 DAYS from the date of delivery; in original packaging; all tags attached; & in ‘brand new’ condition. Items received after this time frame will not be accepted & will be returned to the customer. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged due to incorrect sizing & handling, or shows signs of wear in any way.

Items returned for refunds are subject to a transaction fee of 5% which covers the fees incurred with our payment gateway provider. This fee is for all orders including Afterpay & Laybuy orders.

Return/exchange shipping costs are at the customers expense. Delivery fees are not refunded. If you received free shipping on an order or promotion discount & wish to send back full priced items for a refund, the shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are not deducted if you choose a store credit.

Sitewide % Off Everything Sale - Items can only be returned for exchange for another size or store credit voucher.

Outlet Sale – If the item is purchased on an Outlet Sale promotion – items are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned for refund or store credit. We are happy to help with change of size on the same item if this is available.

Pre-order items

For preorder items - if you order more items they will all be sent together when the preorder item arrives.

If you wish to receive items available now & preorder items when they arrive, please contact us to arrange payment for additional shipping costs.
